Publishes the specified routes to the mobile app.

If provided, this person will be used as the 'change maker'. Otherwise, no status change log will be added on missions. The email provided here must point to valid user, and the user must have the MISSIONUPDATE role.

List of route ids to be published. Published routes are visible on the mobile app.

If true, visit notices by email or sms will be sent according to messenging configuration and contact informations available in the missions. personId must be specified to be able to send notices.
